The Osprey by Lowtemp Industries is a 75-gallon commercial hash washing machine designed to address bottlenecks in solventless cannabis extraction. Crafted in the USA in collaboration with hash makers, it is engineered for high-volume, high-quality resin extraction, utilizing a gentle, low-shear, bottom-mounted impeller with patent-pending FloTex™ technology to prevent damaging plant material.

Capacity: 21,000g fresh frozen or 4,200g–4,600g dry flower per batch.

Design: Heavy-duty, passivated 304 stainless steel construction with a square wash vessel, designed to create a vertical vortex rather than a horizontal one for superior, consistent mixing.

Impeller: A food-grade, hard-anodized, monolithic billet aluminum impeller with smooth ridges that mimics hand-washing to remove trichome heads without chopping plant material.

Control System: Features a 7-inch touchscreen, waterproof PLC smart controller (UL 508a) that allows users to save recipes for RPM speed, run time, direction, and rest periods.

Insulation & Mobility: The vessel is insulated with double-wall, closed-cell foam for temperature regulation. It comes equipped with lockable wheels for mobility and fits through standard 3ft door frames.

Water Management: Includes quick-clamp sanitary fittings for easy water input and drainage, with a sloped floor for efficient, complete drainage.
